Vcommerce solutions deliver supply chain visibility, performance monitoring and exception notification to improve order and inventory management, reduce operational costs, and optimize performance across the supply chain and outside the enterprise. DSSI designed and developed their web-based reporting system based on MicroStrategy product, helped architect their next generation system based on BEA WebLogic infrastructure, and provided production support personnel to maintain their online environment and systems.

KnoWatt is an Application Service Provider (ASP) that provides clients a complete toolbox for energy management and procurement. Clients have access to patented, modeling and simulation software that will identify specific energy loads, by profile, within the "real-time" interval kW and KWh data received from pulse meters. "Virtual Submetering" enables clients to understand their past and present usage broken down by source (lights, HVAC, equipment, etc.) and the ability to run "what if" simulations to design where they want to be. KnoWatt has outsourced its entire IT function to DSSI including 24 x 7 production support and Java application development and enhancement.
