Unified Site Manager
Unified Site Manager is a web-based application that enables the complete tracking and management of assets, locations, agreements, and financial data for wireless tower locations (cell sites). Unified Site Manager efficiently tracks and manages the payments, rents, leases, owned property, renewals, associated documents, equipment, and technologies associated with each of the tens of thousands locations of a wireless carrier or tower company. Additionally, it also facilitates structuring leases and agreements for situations like collocation which are common in the wireless industry.

Functional High-
Level Overview
Unified Site Manager tracks and manages the assets, agreements (leases, license, and options), and financials at each distinct location in a Telco company's network. The application is used by Property Specialists, Managers and 3rd party contractors (when outsourced) to create, find, and manage existing agreements, payables, receivables and asset information (such as the specific attributes of equipment at a site).
A dynamic security layer is embedded throughout the application allowing only those users with the appropriate access to view and/or update locations and its related information. The easy to use 'tree view' shows all the classifications of information and data linked to a location (see below).

Users click on the appropriate node in the tree view to go directly to the information they wish to see or edit. Unified Site Manager is based upon an Oracle® database platform and interfaces with both internal Telco applications and Oracle® Financials.
